Los Angeles Philharmonic As the official automotive sponsor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Acura supports one of the world's great musical treasures. Each year since 1919, the Los Angeles Philharmonic has been hailed as Southern California's leading performing arts institution. Today, under the leadership of Esa-Pekka Salonen, the Philharmonic is recognized as one of the world's outstanding orchestras.
