HBCU Honda has a long-standing relationship with the nation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). We believe that some of the best and the brightest students attend these historic institutions. Honda has supported HBCUs for more than 15 years through Honda Campus All-Star Challenge and Honda Battle of the Bands, which gives us the opportunity to interact with tomorrow's future leaders. Other HBCU-sponsored events: HBCU College Tour PUSH-Excel, the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, Inc., and Citizenship Education Fund sponsor this Historically Black Colleges and Universities tour annually for senior high school students. The purpose of the tour is to encourage and promote increased college attendance among minority youth by introducing them to institutions of higher learning. |
